To gain resolution after having called out and upon all police officers involved in the Gordon Hamm investigation and investigating Kurt Slaven sex crimes to place charges, I had to appeal to the Supreme Court of South Australia, also writing with legal representation inclusion to the High Court of Australia. Courts lacking a separation of powers in a venal state of government showed a lack of of ability to act within the bounds of the law and without bias.
Mount Gambier District Courts Magistrate Maria Panagiotidis twice falsely claiming I privided No Plea in two case to which my plea of NOT GUILTY was entered. Very questionable actions and much abuse of power seemingly by Magistrate Maria Panagiotidis.
