Watching Collarts ruin it's own reputation based on a police cover up of paedophilia, was a sad experience as the truth was clear in black and white print. Yet the petty benefits that had been ripping justice from disabled and myself for a decade drove teachers and student support workers alike forward in an affray of defamation driven by Perjury. Lying under oath aimed to character assassinate a whistleblower, a crown witness, a victim of the police force.

"My brand Barbwire Noose incorporated in 2012. This criminal activity heavily disrupted my brands growth. Which is exactly what the SA Labor government really wanted. The success of Barbwire Noose making it impossible for them to bury the criminal negligence of the disabilities sector they were so desperate to hide. Especially considering Jay Weatherill (DOB3APR1964) was sure to see his careers end prematurely if it did, as with others in his cabinet and successors. Barbwire Noose was gaining popularity fast, the streetwear production with supply chains stemming to the USA. The brand produced clothes based on a minimum outlay and required little finances and little manufacturing responsibility was left to be managed by myself unless I wanted to engage in-house manufacturing which was usually for myself at this stage. By 2021, little input from myself to manufacture goods was required, after years of heavy disruptions from governance, sex offending gangs and law enforcement sales were basically non-existent and all profits were invested into the ‘A Better World’ initiative. As Lead Designer regarding the production of street wear, I would only hold responsibility to approve designs and creating signature prints for the collection - a small commitment. I wanted to focus on the High Fashion elements of the label. Designing for fashion runways with professional tailors, leaving room for me to study law and develop external interests in Music and politics. Incorporating my brand was set to free up a lot of my time. I have always worked and studied, often two jobs so I knew I could handle my hands in both my brand, external interests, and law enforcement. Especially after battling the AFP and VICPOL while studying at Collarts authoring this book during severe police torts over the years of 2023/2024 while I travelled extensively across Australia, and frequently home to Sth AUS.
Collarts, an arts college located in Melbourne, Victoria AUS engaging in perjury and torts orchestrated by police forces. Enrolled for a two-year period, these studies were not only heavily disrupted by law enforcement but caused much emotional distress. Many of my teachers from the Music Production Diploma I successfully achieved were involved with illicit drugs and the college overall irrefutably having a toxic culture which evidently held students like myself back from achieve marks reflective of assessment submissions as well as online students being taught by teachers lacking time and dedication to fulfil the school's requirements for study. Teachers, including the dean (principal) of this college showing an irrefutable inability to be fair and honest in all aspects of teaching. Collarts lack of autonomy supportive classrooms in which students see their perspectives valued, have opportunities to share their thoughts and feelings, and are encouraged to make choices and exercise self-initiative in learning activities hindered by bias including favouring homosexuality over student safety and engaging in perjury and defamation. I studied two diplomas with Collarts, Music Production and Fashion and Sustainability. Originally enrolled to study Fashion, this was the first discipline I intended to study with Collarts, yet it was the second Diploma to be engaged by the college due to VICPOL and AFP police forces torts surrounding this discipline.
The plot of the Disabilities Sector administrative corruption was to cover up the NON-EXISTENCE of a police investigation of the raped spastic woman and other mute, non-cognitive victims that could not communicate the criminal offending committed against them – could not communicate the pain and suffering. Under Government care in the Sharley House facility under state Labor Mike Rann (DOB5JAN1953 MP Labor) Government, no rape kits test ever conducted was one of the many disgraces that emerged from the compromised and neglectful investigations of Australian Police Forces during the federally overseen homicide debacle (2013 - 2016). Such unruly attacks on my life unveiling the underlying agenda of political gain through association and loosely framed legislation. The misuse and abuse of association laws for police and political gain. Strategic narcissism policies and strategies created based on perception rather than on what the situation regarding biker clubs demanded. The assumptions that underpinned these policies and strategies often going unchallenged provided deceptive rational for foley for over a decade.
Foley I was the bearer of at the hand of my family, a government that wanted to cover up ignoring serious crimes against disabled persons and a police force that wanted to cover up a prostitution industry it was heavily involved in which was made up majority in part of thirteen to eighteen-year-old children, many ten to thirteen-year-olds spoken of by sex industry workers. Outrageous Facts, this autobiography lays the Ugly truth out boldly, bluntly, and not withholding the disgusting detail to which all walks of life overlooked for petty benefits. Never in life is there a time where Human Rights don't matter."

Very proud of the publication which well and truly said enough about the governments corrupt agenda against the Human Rights Activist. So much truth out in public disclosure that it left no excuse to those who chose to follow the path of defamation. Nasty, sad and pathetic at the least - their is no shame in calling out such a vile cover up but there is certain shame in following along with it.
